1. About Vamoset

Vamoset is a padel tournament management platform that lets you organise americano, mexicano, and other padel tournament formats, record match results, manage series and clubs, and track player statistics. The service is operated by Vamoset AS, a company registered in Norway (organisation number 938 384 398) with its registered office at Bråtenlia 6, 1391 Vollen, Norway. By using Vamoset, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or give away your account or username.
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Your personal data will be removed and tournament scores will be anonymised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Vamoset for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or create misleading profiles.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Vamoset offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions purchased in the Vamoset web app (app.vamoset.com) are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual).
• Pro can start with a 21-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time in the web app: Settings → Subscription → "Manage subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported by Paddle. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their renewal.

Subscriptions purchased inside the Vamoset iOS app are sold by Apple, renew under Apple's terms, and must be managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings. Subscriptions purchased inside the Vamoset Android app are sold by Google Play and must be managed and cancelled in your Google Play subscriptions.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create on Vamoset (tournament names, player data, club descriptions, profile information). By using the platform, you grant us a licence to store, display, and process this content as needed to provide the service.

Tournament and match data entered by organisers may be visible to other participants in the same tournament, series, or club. Public profiles are visible to other Vamoset users.

7. Availability and changes

• We aim to keep Vamoset available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and outages may occur.
• We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice for changes that significantly affect paid subscribers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Vamoset is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest update. Continued use of Vamoset after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
